When we took over the vast area now transformed into Regal City we had a vision of opening a centre of excellence where members of the public could see for themselves how a large and successful double glazing company operates.
When we conceived the plan many in the industry were sceptical that our attempt to allow customers to closely inspect the quality of our craft would prove successful.

"People just want to buy the cheapest" they argued. At Regal, we have always disagreed with that patronising and disrespectful opinion. Unfortunately, it is all too typical of the way the industry has gone.
